Co-Founder & General Partner
John is Co-Founder of Crom Capital Management and General Partner for Crom Structured Opportunities Fund I, LP. Prior to founding Crom, he has held roles in investment banking and private equity, working on transactions ranging from $250K to $1B+. Since co-founding the firm in 2021 and launching Crom’s first structured opportunity fund, he has overseen the deployment of over $100MM of capital in debt and equity-linked structures. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University.
Liam Sherif
Co-Founder & General Partner
Liam is Co-Founder of Crom Capital Management and General Partner for Crom Structured Opportunities Fund I, LP. He has spent his career analyzing complex transactions involving illiquid securities across a wide range of industries. Since co-founding the firm in 2021 and launching Crom’s first structured opportunity fund, he has overseen the deployment of over $100MM of capital in debt and equity-linked structures. Liam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
